Pricing
You can choose from four payment models for DaDesktop:
- Public cloud (starting at 3 EUR per day)
- Private server (starting at 10 EUR per day)
- Reseller or volume licensing (starting at 0.1 EUR per day)
- On-premise
Public Cloud
The public cloud option charges a daily rate of 3 EUR for a basic Linux desktop. This configuration includes 8GB of RAM, an 8-core CPU, and 50GB of SSD storage.
Adding another tier of resources (8GB RAM, 8 CPU cores, or 50GB storage) costs an additional 3 EUR per day.
If you require a Windows environment, there is a supplemental fee of 1 EUR per day. However, if you possess valid licensing rights, this extra charge does not apply.
NB The daily billing cycle runs within a 24-hour window from midnight local server time.
Private Server
To maintain fixed costs regardless of the number of active desktops or resources allocated to each, you can opt for a dedicated private server.
This model removes limits on desktop counts or individual unit allocations, with usage restricted only by the physical capacity of the server. Please get in touch for further information.
Reseller or volume discounts
We offer significant savings, with discounts reaching up to 80% for eligible resellers and bulk buyers.
This pricing tier typically suits organizations that:
- Plan to integrate DaDesktop into their own product offerings
- Intend to resell the service to others
- Need to purchase in large volumes
On-premise
The standard cost for deploying DaDesktop on-premise is 6 EUR per core.

Scenario 4
- A user runs a single Ubuntu desktop (8GB RAM, 8 CPUs, 50GB storage) for one hour
- The desktop is deleted
- A new desktop with higher specs (16GB RAM, 16 CPUs, 100GB storage) is created later the same day and used for an hour

Courses
For Public Cloud and Reseller models, course costs are billed to the Organization Owner. This is based on the users who provisioned desktops during the course duration.
Trainers
- If the Trainer is invited to join an existing course, the Organization Owner covers the cost.
- If the Trainer establishes the course themselves, they are billed directly.
-
In summary, the Organization Owner of the created course is responsible for payment.
