Course Chat

Course Chat is a tool that lets trainers, participants, and support staff communicate about the ongoing course.  It's built right into the training room.

To join the course chat, simply step into the training room.  Once there, you'll be prompted to enter the chat.

You can access the chat at any other time by clicking the chat icon in the upper-right corner of the training room.

Clicking it opens the chat panel on the left, where you'll find your course listed.  You can turn on notifications at the top of the chat interface to receive a sound alert whenever a new message arrives in the course chat.
